Need help with changing orange mobile message for callers and how to listen to messages left?

Hello. I would like to know what number you can ring - if you are an ornage customer - to enable you to change your answer message (e.g. - if your phone is turned off they can hear this and leave a message), i also need to know how you can then listen to this message. Does orange have certain numbers you can call. any help is appreciated. any ideas appreciated.|||I rang orange customer services yesterday about getting another sim with my number,call 450 from orange phone,there will be a 1 off charge of 25 p to connect,but while you are on the line push for better call cost and texts,i got extra 300 free texts just for begging,you will probably be connected to call center in newcastle they in my opinion have A+++++ customer services,best network to be on. hope this helps.
