i have an alltel u prepaid plan and i got the plan were they charge 75 cents a day and you get unlimited messages and unlimited calls to your favriot number i found out that it accually takes my money so now i just want it to charge for every minute i use but still prepaid how do i do this i tried calling the company but they just wanted my phone number name and adress and said nothing and hung up i looked at my account and it was the same thing please help|||They will be able to do it when you call them. You may have been accidentally disconnected today when you called them.
You can also try going to an Alltel retail location and asking them to do it for you.
