i%26#039;m thinking of getting a sidekick lx (big screen and international :]) when i check it out online they give me 2 prices: $399 and $99. i know one is $99 because you buy it with a 2 yr. contract. if i just want the phone how much would i have to pay? i%26#039;m in a 2 year contract, just with a different phone|||If your contract is not over and you are not eligible for an upgrade just yet (which would be Dec 2010) then, yes...you would have to pay full price for the phone itself and everything would stay the same.

Buying a new phone (t-mobile)?
my phone plan is t-mobile. i have a 2 year contract that ends in february 2011 but i want to change to a different phone. i heard that you could just change the actual phone itself and keep your contract and phone number. is that true?
