My phone is receiving calls from numbers that are bogus. 1 was 234-5678 the other 110-034-5678.?

Is there any way to change your number so it shows as a bogus number on someone's caller ID. These are over a few days and don't trace back to a number but they both hold consecutive digits so i thought they may be releated. 234-5678 and 110-034-5678 are the two most recent. Any guidance as to how what caller ID displays can be different then the actual number being dialed from? Also... are there any free websites that work well for typing in a phone number to do a reverse look up of a name or location who utilizes the number.... i'm hoping for free sites. any help is soooo appreciated in advance.My phone is receiving calls from numbers that are bogus. 1 was 234-5678 the other 110-034-5678.?maybe the person is calling with a third party service...........like calling cards.... my friend had the same problem type in search bar yellow pages reverse look up theirs is free. I would also contact your service provider and make sure their are not charges on your account because bogus people are calling you. I'm sure when you return the phone call their is a message saying that this number is invalid and doing a reverse search is most likely going to tell you the same but good luck.
Someone is going to a bit of trouble. With some voip services one can change the caller id .. otherwise it is very expenisve to have this technology.



I would call the phone company, probably report it, and change your number. and go unlisted



There are reverse sites for free ..search around on google. I have found them. dosn't take long .. but many of the calls are bogus so why try. You want to bring fire and brimstone down some clueless person?
