1. Tell me how to enter my credit card number as your site is not responding to the correct information. Better yet, give me a phone number to call and enter the information. It seems like you are trying to keep me obligated to the same membership period although i may wish to change it.
2. Your prompts are NOT helpful. Please give me a phone number so i may talk with a real person since your site is NOT responding to my questions which I've posted thrice.
