C4patr0n Phone scam? Has anyone had this happen to them? where money gets taken out your phone every week?

I am on vodafone and i have been getting 拢3 taken out my phone every sunday between 10am and 11am! i phoned vodafone and there is nothing they can do apart from change my number, and they wont refund me the money i have been charged either, cause its not their fault. Has this happened to anyone and how was it resolved? i would hopefully like to resolve this without changing my number?C4patr0n Phone scam?
