Ok I want a new phone even though my contract is not up because the phone I have right now is not for me. So my question is can I buy a verizon phone from ebay and have my number transferred so I don't pay a fortune to cancel the contract and is there a fee to change your number and if there is how much is it?How to switch my number on verizon?well i work for sprint and for us aslong as the phone is not reported lost or stolen its fine to activate and there is no charge.so im guessing its the same.

just buy the phone online and tell them your current phone is giving you problems and you got a different phone to replace it i have never bin charged for doing that but my friend once got charged $15 for doing it idk y i didnt maybe because i said i had broken my phone and had got the new one from my brother
