How do i cancel my metro pcs service to sell the phone?

I was under the assumption that by not paying your bill for 2 consecutive payment due dates, your service would be suspended and in order to use that phone again with metro you have to change your number and pay a reactivation fee. Well, i haven't had metro's service for over 6 months, but they just keep saying i owe more and more money! i can't even use the phone because there is no service! All i want to do is cancel everything and sell the phone- that has been my plan since the last time i paid the bill.How do i cancel my metro pcs service to sell the phone?Well, I'm not sure whats going on with that because it should have been cancelled long ago. But honestly, call and cancel the phone. Then wait a while and go back and reactivate the phone(or sell it like you said). It's that simple. You could have done that the moment you decided that you wanted to sell the phone. It would have been quicker and easier.

no with any cell phone if you dont pay they just charge you more your not out of your contract unless you buy it out by paying the early cancelation fee

you were essentally renting it
depending on your contract length like 2 years or something you should be informed about it though! :)
