Can you restart the twitter thing from your phone?

so on twitter it said that i could tweet from my phone like regular messages all i had to do was text start to a number well when i did it asked for my username and i misspelled my username on the computer when i changed it and when i text the username to the number i put a username but it WASN%26#039;T mine basically im asking is how can i restart it or what? please help please!!(: and please no dumb answers|||Hello
