My computer has alot of spyware i guess and I can hear music sometimes?

How do I get rid of it... For free or a way to buy it without the credit car getting hacked... and another question in one... I know this guy that sales cell phones and when you buy one you get an unlimied plan for a year i know its not legal but for anyway that has ever bought this kinda phone is it possible to change your number on it...My computer has alot of spyware i guess and I can hear music sometimes?download a spyware remover i recommend spybot search and destroy from download.com and adware 2007 they are both really good also spyterminator very good program plus it has an excellent phishing filter only annoying thing is that when you are downloading or installing something it says are you sure but other than that its really good. also get a good antivirus program i recommend NOD 32 cuz of its speed.
