Why does your yahoo password change when installing dsl? And why can I not open my yahoo mail or messenger now? When I installed my dsl, it gave me the option to synchronize my yahoo and att service. Well, for some reason, I can't open my yahoo now. Can anyone tell me how to get back into it? All I get when I go to %26quot;forgot my password%26quot; is a phone number that gives me a recording to talk to that gives me to info that has nothing to do with my problem. You must first get your password from your carrier, then you can change it to your personal one. At least that was my experience with Verizon.
