Can you change your phone number on Verizon's website?

I know a few years ago you were able to change your phone number online through verizon wireless website (I%26#039;m 120% sure). I%26#039;m trying to find out how I did this a few years back, but cannot find anything on the site. Did they stop letting people do this online?|||No you can%26#039;t change it online. You have to go to a direct store or call in. Now they charge you $15 unless you tell them you are getting harassing phone calls.
